MENDOCINO — It will be a quiet Fourth of July in Mendocino County as some of the region’s most popular holiday events have been canceled. This spectacular event doesn’t just happen out of the blue – it takes many hours of planning and lots of work by a dedicated group of volunteers and City staff.
